Please note that once an application has been successfully submitted to the Malaysian Government, government processing fees are non-refundable as these fees are paid directly to the government.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be available in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Technical error preventing application submission
  • Our inability to process your application due to our system failure
  • Overcharged amounts due to pricing errors

⚠️ Partial Refund Available

  • Application cancelled before submission to government (service fee may be deducted)
  • Significant service delivery failure on our part

❌ No Refund Available

  • Application denied by the Malaysian Government
  • Incorrect or false information provided by customer
  • Customer change of mind after successful submission
  • Delays caused by government processing
  • Customer failure to provide required documentation
  • Applications that have been successfully submitted to authorities

Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment
  • All refunds are subject to verification and approval
  • Processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from refunds
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that don't meet our policy criteria

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:

  • Please contact us first to resolve the issue directly
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in service suspension
  • We will provide all necessary documentation to support legitimate transactions
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through appropriate legal channels
